Returns

If your item is damaged in shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged package and item. If you are returning a damaged item, please print the form below and include it with your return. Email us for return address information. Contact must be made by email before sending returns or they will not be accepted. If product does not fit, an exchange can be arranged by email.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product due to customer error, like mistaken measurements, please click button below to pay for return shipping to cover expenses. If this is not paid in advance, the exchange item will not be sent. Sent back item and the exchange form below. Send them to the above address. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
